Future Aircraft Sizing Tool (FAST)
An open-source, MATLAB-based aircraft sizing tool for designing and analyzing conventional and electrified aircraft concepts across any propulsion architecture. FAST integrates parametric physics-based and data-driven models, allowing for a variable level of input detail. This makes it accessible to users with minimal prior knowledge while also providing the granularity needed for higher-fidelity analysis. This work was sponsored by the NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate and the Electrified Powertrain Flight Demonstration (EPFD) project.

FAST AEROBASE | Aircraft and Engine Registry Open-Source Database
This comprehensive database includes over 400 aircraft and 200 engines, spanning a wide range of sizes, entry-into-service years, and configurations. Compiled from publicly available, trusted sources such as FAA and EASA type certificate data sheets, airport planning manuals, and manufacturer specifications, it provides a clear, data-driven perspective on the evolution of key performance parameters.

FAST Regressions
A standalone capability of FAST, included in the Github repository. It utilizes the historical aircraft database built into FAST for aircraft sizing, and can further be used with any databases that mirror the syntax of those in FAST.
